If you fulfill these simple criteria, don't forget to join our fanlisting today!

1. You must be a fan of the excellent villain Ira Gaines. This does not mean you agree with all the evil things he did, but rather you acknowledge the awesomeness of his character.
   
   
2. If you have a website you want linked in our members section, you must provide a link back to this fanlisting using one of our buttons or a text link somewhere on your site. Any website you want linked must not contain anything pornographic or offensive.
   
   
3. You must provide a valid e-mail address and country of residence in your application.
   
   
4. Please, no ridiculous nicknames. This includes nicknames related to the show (things like JackBauer17 and NinaMyersFan). If you submit something like this, I will change your name in the listing to the userID of your e-mail address. Nicknames unrelated to the show or first names only are fine.
