OMA, those glasses are hilarious! 
Seems like we'll get an interesting episode. It still makes me wonder where they're going to take the fatally ill brother storyline though. I could have thought of what was happening in the promo myself, but it might be nice if the doctor shows off some awesome moves unexpectedly or something.
