BOARD POLICY - Last Revised September 9, 2009

The AlmeidaIsGod.com domain (including all content submitted by users to the site and all data generated with site resources) is the exclusive property of the Site Admin.
Public content is subject to moderation at the Site Admin's discretion, including the revision and/or removal of users' posted content. Data traded between members using site resources, such as Private Messages, is fully accessible to the Site Admin and may be subject to monitoring. Never use AlmeidaIsGod.com resources to generate content that you would be uncomfortable sharing openly with the Site Admin.

Users caught engaging in any of the following conduct will face intervention by the Site Admin, up to and including immediate termination of your user account:

1) Using site resources/bandwidth to post and/or trade content that is detrimental to the integrity, reputation and/or well-being of AlmeidaIsGod.com as a website and/or the Site Admin as an individual.

2) Creating a hostile environment for other members. Examples include things like making racist/sexist/homophobic/otherwise offensive remarks, launching personal attacks on other users, deliberately antagonizing other users, posting inane or disruptive messages, deliberately adopting a condescending, snarky, dismissive or disrespectful tone toward other users, trolling, etc. What constitutes hostile conduct is entirely at the Site Admin's discretion.

3) Abusing site resources by posting spam, nuisance content or shameless self-promotion.

4) Peer-moderating other users. Please leave issues of moderation to the Site Admin. Any concerns about the conduct of fellow users should be directed toward the Site Admin immediately.

User Maintenance is conducted according to the following guidelines:

1) New registrations that are not activated by the user via the automated e-mail confirmation within 30 days of registration will be deleted.

2) Newly registered and activated users that do not
a) post at least one message
OR
b) log in at least once
within 30 days of initial activation will be deleted.

3) Legacy users that have not logged in for over 18 months will be deleted.

Some final guidelines:

1) Our Spoilers Policy is clearly outlined and it is non-negotiable, so don't bother debating its faults and merits.

2) If you have problems with the way the site is run or the person who runs it, please go find yourself some greener pastures. I wish to foster a community of positivity, creativity and growth, not antagonism and resentment. No one is forcing you to stay.
