Dark Side: Poetry Inspired by 24

As you may or may not already be aware, I am a fairly serious poet.  Throughout my 24 fandom, I have drawn incredible inspiration in my poetic endeavours from the dark and complex relationship arc between Jack Bauer and Nina Myers.  This e-Book, done in the manner of a digital coffee table book,  is my ultimate homage to Jack/Nina love.  It features 10 original poems in a raw and visceral style set against a backdrop of stunning graphic art that will make any Jack/Nina ’shipper jizz in their pants.  

I recommend right-clicking the link and downloading the file directly to your hard drive to view it rather than opening it in your web browser, as the file is quite large (17.4 MB) due to all the artwork.

Potpourri of 24 News

After an excruciating 5 week hiatus and virtually no motivation to get AIG current, we are back with a vengeance! Almost all of our content has been expanded and brought more current, so long-time readers might be interested in re-experiencing the meat and potatoes of AIG.

There are two new links to Carlos interviews posted. Both of these have extensive introductions from me on that page. Thank you to 4924CTU for keeping our heads up regarding new Carlos clips!

This article about an upcoming 24 comic book that is being released in July sounds extremely promising. We here at AIG have often discussed writing the ultimate homage in fan fiction: our own script for an entire season of 24. These people actually did it and have pictures to boot. I will be first in line to purchase this as soon as it is released. There is also news of a 24 Video Game in the works. No clue yet what platforms it will run on. This rumour has been around a long time, but we’re glad to know that this psychotic fantasy is coming closer and closer to a reaaaaality. This article has Kiefer talking like it is likely there will be an s4.

“This Isn’t Over Yet” has some excellent Jack/Nina music videos. These videos are a true tribute to the complex spirit of Jack/Nina. They are in the extras section.

The news is all good!
